摘　　要：中美两国的人权差异是由双方不同的历史文化传统、社会制度和价值观造成的。美国在人权方面以自己的"国家利益"为中心,对中国等其他国家的人权实行双重标准。中国按照本国的实际国情奉行主权大于人权的理念,在人权领域取得了巨大成就。同时,由于历史发展的局限性,中国在人权方面还存在一定的问题,但随着社会的不断发展和进步,中国的人权状况必将越来越好。Differences in human rights between China and America are caused by different historical and cultural traditions,social systems and values.The United States regards its own ＂national interest＂ as the axis,applying double standards to human rights in China and other countries.According to the actual conditions,China pursues a policy of sovereignty being greater than human rights and has made great achievements in human rights.Due to the limitation of the development,there are still some problems.With the development of the society,the situation of human rights in China will be better and better.
