摘 要:聚能子弹射孔技术是在聚能射孔技术,特别是复合射孔技术基础上研发的,是复合射孔技术的延伸和发展。除了具有复合射孔技术射孔、造缝、消除压实带、清洗孔道四个作用外,该项技术子弹在弹道末端爆破,减小套管损伤,其爆破可产生大于70 MPa的爆轰波,使得地层产生更长更多的裂缝。2009年在欢西油田选取3个区块6口井进行了聚能子弹射孔试验,取得了良好效果,日产液增加7.9倍,日产油增加6.8倍,平均单井日增液30.8 t。Shaped bullet perforating technology is researched and developed from perforating technology,especially based on compound perforation technology,which is the extension and development of compound perforation technology.In addition to 4 functions of perforating,perforating fracturing,eliminating compaction belt and cleaning channels,the bullet is blasted in the end trajectory,reducing the casing damage,the blasting of that can produce more than 70MPa detonation wave to make the layer to produce more cracks.In 2009,6 wells at3 blocks in Huanxi oilfield were selected for shaped bullet perforating test,favorable result were obtained,the fluid production increased 7.9 times,the oil production increased 6.8 times,and the average fluid production for single well increased 30.8t.
