海门山羊GATA-4转录因子的表达

摘　　要：本试验选用2个山羊品种(海门山羊和安徽白山羊),采用实时定量PCR技术,检测了GATA-4转录因子在2个山羊品种下丘脑、肌肉、心脏、垂体、卵巢、肝、子宫、脾、肾和脑组织中的表达情况。结果显示:GATA-4转录因子在海门山羊各组织中都有表达,且在海门山羊下丘脑和垂体组织中GATA-4转录因子的表达量高于安徽白山羊。表明GATA-4在海门山羊下丘脑和垂体组织中的表达水平可能影响海门山羊的繁殖能力。The expression level of GATA-4 transcription factor in hypothalamus,muscle,heart,pituitary gland,ovary,liver,uterus,spleen,kidney and brain of Haimen goats and Anhui white goats were detected by realtime quantitative PCR.The results indicated that GATA-4 transcription factor was expressed in all detected tissues of Haimen goats.The expression levels of GATA-4 in hypothalamus and pituitary gland of Haimen goats were higher than those in Anhui white goats.All results revealed that the GATA-4 expression levels in hypothalamus and pituitary gland might have effect on reproduction capability of Haimen goats.
