摘　　要：本文分析了２０ 世纪３０ 年代的美国区域经济的失衡状况，运转特征及负面效应，介绍了联邦政府积极利用财政手段进行调控的七条均衡政策。This article analyses the unbalance of America regional economy in the thirties of 20th century,the features of operation and the negative influences,and introduces seven pieces of equilibrium policy the Federal Government actively executes financial means to adjust and control its regional economy,and discusses four important revelations used for reference to quickly develop the backward areas of China.
