摘  要:从市场运作模式特点出发,分析了现代石油工业中国际钻井市场三个发展阶段和三类基本定价模式,并重点介绍了综合服务和联盟两种市场运作模式的基本概念、典型案例和成功经验。总结了综合服务和联盟运作模式的共同特点,即协同工作是前提,鼓励是手段,不断改进作业性能是关键,互利双赢是目的。中国石油钻井市场运作模式应向联盟模式发展,应建立基于改进作业性能的配套管理办法,采用鼓励性合同措施。中国企业在参与国际钻井市场竞争过程中,应积极寻找国际钻井战略合作伙伴;积极适应国际钻井市场管理模式的需要;依靠改进作业性能而不是降价来占领市场。There are three development stages and basic pricing models in modern international oil well drilling market operations.Basic concepts,typical cases and successful experience are reviewed in two of the three types of operations,namely an Integrated Service and an Alliance.Their general characteristics are concerted effort as the premise,encouragement as the means,improving operating efficiency as the method and mutual benefit as the goal.The Alliance type of operation is the operating mechanism development stage of the drilling market in China,imposing management rules to improve operating efficiency while offering contract incentives.In the competitive process in international drilling markets Chinese enterprises should actively seek strategic partners abroad,adapt to the management needs of the global market,and expand market share not simply by reducing price but by improving operating efficiency.
