摘　　要：建立丰富的血管网为骨组织供应充足的氧和营养物质,排出机体的代谢物是骨成活和生长的基本条件。用骨组织工程构建骨的生物替代物同样需要考虑其是否建立了丰富的血管网。目前,对骨组织工程中血管生成的研究已经引起众多研究者的重视,特别是与血管形成相关的影响因素,如细胞、支架材料等。这对骨组织工程的发展将是重要的一步,并且在这方面的研究还在不断地深入。A rich vascular network which can supply adequate oxygen and nutrients,and expelling the body′s metabolites for bone tissue is the basic condition to survival and growth of bones.It is also needed to consider if a rich vascular network is established in the tissue engineering bone.Currently,angiogenesis in bone tissue engineering research has caused much attention,especially in the angiogenesis related factors,such as cells,scaffold materials,which is an important step for the development of bone tissue engineering,and will be explored continuously.
