摘　　要：目的探究有效治疗急性胰腺炎的临床诊疗方法及促进患者康复、缩短住院时间的有效护理方法。方法选择入住我院治疗的急性胰腺炎患者43例,根据各患者的个体差异及病情严重程度给予适当的诊疗措施及积极耐心的护理措施。结果本组43例患者经明确诊断后,给予相应处理,29例患者完全康复,11例患者症状明显好转,3例患者死亡。结论对于急性胰腺炎患者,给予准确的诊断、积极治疗、耐心护理,是促进患者病情恢复的重要途径。Objective To evaluate the clinical manifestations of acute pancreatitis,abnormal laboratory indicators to explore the effective treatment of acute pancreatitis and to promote patient recovery,shorter hospital stay.Methods 43 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital were selected,appropriate diagnosis and treatment and active care were given respectively according to individual differences and illness severity.Results The 43 patients,after clear diagnosis,were given appropriate treatments,29 patients fully recovered,significantly improved symptoms were seen in 11 patients,and 3 patients died.Conclusion Accurate diagnosis,active treatment,patient care are important approaches to promote the recovery of patients with acute pancreatitis.
