用姜黄对竹浆纤维织物染色的工艺研究

摘　　要：对姜黄色素提取工艺进行研究,得出了最佳提取工艺.通过正交实验及单因素实验,对竹浆纤维织物进行直接法、预媒法、同浴媒法、后媒法染色,测试了染色后织物的上染率、上染速率以及各项色牢度,并分析了实验结果,最终确定了最佳的竹浆纤维织物染色工艺.The extraction technology of turmer is obtained in this paper firstly. Then the bamboo pu periment with direct, pre-mordant, with bath media ic pigment was studied, and the best extraction conditions lp fiber fabric was dyed by orthogonal and single-factor ex- law and post-mordant dyeing methods. The dyeing rate, dye-uptake and color fastness of the dyeing fabric are tested, and the test results are analyzed. Finally, the op timum dyeing technological condition of the bamboo pulp fiber fabric is determined.
