摘　　要：糖尿病引起的糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)作为全球流行的慢性疾病,已经成为影响人类生存质量的一大顽疾。传统药物对DPN的治疗,效果不佳且不良反应难以耐受,又由于患者对本病知识贫乏,整体防治效果欠佳。而选择应用磁疗、电针灸、经皮神经电刺激、高压氧等物理康复疗法操作简单、效果明显,特别是治疗痛性DPN效果确切,再配合对患者适时的健康教育,提高患者健康知识水平与依从性,对于有效防治糖尿病乃至DPN效果明显。近年教育与康复疗法并行成为治疗DPN的一种全新治疗模式。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy（ DPN）, a common complication of diabetes, has become a serious impact on human survival quality. The overall situation of prevention and control is not optimistic due to ineffi- ciency and side effects of traditional medicines and the patient＇s lack of relevant knowledge： on the contrary, physical rehabilitation, including magnetotherapy, electroacupuncture, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and so on, is not only simple operation but also obvious effect on DPN especially pain type. If coupled with timely health education for patients, expansion of their health knowledge and following doctor＇s advice ,the prevention and treatment of patients with diabetes will achieve more significant results as well as DPN. Recently, a new mode of treatment of patients with DPN is gradually formed by the comprehensiveness of education and rehabilitation.
