摘　　要：睡眠不仅具有维持脑功能,调节和巩固学习记忆的作用,而且在机体内分泌和代谢过程中也发挥着重要作用。有研究表明,睡眠障碍与糖代谢异常存在着密切的关系,并且不同类型、不同程度的睡眠障碍对糖代谢的影响亦不相同。现就睡眠障碍与糖尿病的相关研究进展以及两者间的关系及相关机制予以综述,为今后糖尿病的治疗提供新的思路。Sleep may play a modulatory role in the endocrine and metabolism process, except maintenance of brain function and contributing crucially to memory consolidation. There are studies indicating that sleep disorder is closely related to abnormal glucose metabolism, which varies depending on the different types and severities of the sleep disorder. Here is to make a review on the research progress of the correlation and the related mechanisms, with the aim of providing new ideas for diabetes treatment in the future.
