摘　　要：铁影响着糖代谢,铁代谢与2型糖尿病(T2DM)之间存在着一定的相关性。铁蛋白是体内含铁最丰富的一种蛋白,在铁的代谢方面起着重要作用,血清铁蛋白(SF)能反映体内铁存储量及肌体的营养状态,是判定体内铁缺乏及铁负荷过大的有效指标,实验室和临床研究提示,SF与T2DM及其慢性并发症的发生、发展密切相关。因此,SF在T2DM及其慢性并发症的防治中有着广泛的应用前景。Iron affect sugar metabolism. There is some correlation between iron metabolism and type 2 diabetes mellitus（ T2DM）. Ferfitin is the most iron-rich protein in the body ,which plays an important role in the iron metabolism. Serum ferritin（SF） can reflect the body iron storage and the body nutritional state. It is an effective index of the body iron overload or deficiency. The laboratory and clinical research suggests that there is a close relationship between SF and T2DM and its complicationsl Therefore, SF has wide application prospect in the prevention and control of T2DM and its chronic complications.
