摘　　要：慢性再生障碍性贫血是一组造血组织功能衰竭的综合征,属血液系统的难治性疾病。关于本病治疗的临床报道较多,西医主要使用雄激素、免疫抑制剂、造血干细胞移植等;中医则多采用补肾中药辨证治疗。近年来,中西医结合治疗越来越引起人们的重视,为了进一步研究不同治疗方案的优缺点,从临床有效率、不良反应发生情况等方面对不同治疗方案的临床报道加以汇总比较,为慢性再生障碍性贫血的治疗提供临床参考。Chronic aplastic anemia is a group of hematopoietic tissue function failure syndrome, belong- ing to a refractory blood system disease. There are more clinical reports on treatment of chronic aplastic anemia（ C AA）, western medicine mainly use androgen, immunosuppressants, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） mainly use tonifying kidney medicine with dialectical therapy. Nowdays, people pay more attention to combination of TCM and western medicine. From the clinical report of efficacy and adverse reaction, different therapeutic regimens advantages and disadvantages are compared, to provide clinical reference for treatment of CAA.
