交锁髓内钉与形状记忆合金联合治疗粉碎性股骨干骨折

摘　　要：目的探讨交锁髓内钉联合形状记忆合金治疗粉碎性股骨干骨折的治疗效果。方法本组73例粉碎性股骨干骨折患者,均开放复位后交锁髓内钉固定,骨折块复位后辅以记忆合金卡环固定。结果 73例股骨干骨折患者均完全愈合,骨折愈合期为5.6～14个月,平均6.9个月,随访未见卡环或髓内钉松动、断裂、骨折不愈合等。优良率100%。结论交锁髓内钉联合形状记忆合金是治疗粉碎性股骨干骨折的理想方法。Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of interlocking intramedullary nail and shape memory alloy combination in comminuted femoral shaft fracture. Methods 73 patients with femoral shaft fracture were selected after opening, repairing, fixation by combination of interlocking intramedullary nail and shape memory alloy. Results The 73 patients showed a cure period of 5.6-14 months（ average ：6.9 months）. Clasp or nail loosening, fracture, unhealed fracture were not seen during the follow-up. Conclusion It is an ideal way to apply the combination of interlocking intramedullary nail and shape memory alloy in the treatment of comminuted femoral fracture.
