铁皮石斛幼苗壮苗培养的研究

摘　　要：以铁皮石斛无菌幼苗为外植体,研究不同基本培养基、生长激素、天然添加物、蔗糖浓度和活性炭浓度对幼苗壮苗的影响。结果表明:苗龄4个月的铁皮石斛幼苗最佳的壮苗培养基为:1/2MS+1.0mg/L NAA+30%椰汁+30g/L蔗糖+2g/L活性炭+8g/L琼脂,pH 5.8。Taking the seedlings of Dendrobiurn officinale Kimura et Migo as explants, the effects of these factors including minimal medium, growth hormone ,natural additives, sugar and activated carbon on the growth of strengthening plantlet in three months were studied. The results showed that the 1/2MS with 1.0 mg/L NAA, 30% （v/v） coconut juice,30 g/L sugar,2 g/L activated carbon and 8 g/L agar could be used as the best strengthening meadium for D. o f ficinale.
