摘　　要：基于农户行为选择视角,分析了农民专业合作社引导农业产业化的形成机制,探讨了陕西农民专业合作社发展及引导农业产业化的效果,剖析了农民专业合作社引导农业产业化进程中存在的问题,从合作社管理、政府扶持和市场对接等方面提出了促进农民专业合作社有效引导农业产业化的对策建议。Based on farmers＇ agricultural investment and production perspective, the farmer cooperatives to promote the formation mechanism of the industrialization of agriculture were discussed,from Shaanxi overview of the development of farmer cooperatives and agricultural industrialization,the problems and constraints exist in the industrialization process of agriculture in farmer cooperatives were analyzed, then from farmer cooperatives management, government support and market joint perspective to provide effectively the policy proposals for the industrialization of agriculture.
