摘 要:介绍了模块化多电平换流器(MMC)的新型预充电结构和阶梯波调制技术在VSC-HVDC中的应用。首先,在MATLAB中对传统的MMC预充电过程进行了仿真,归纳了它的缺点,同时给出了一种基于同步充电子模块的新结构;其次,考虑到传统PWM、SVPWM和SHPWM等调制技术的缺点,给出了一种基于能量等效原理的阶梯波调制技术,这种调制技术使半导体器件可以工作在更低的开关频率下,降低了开关损耗,而且整个调制过程完全独立于交流系统频率之外,可以进行离线计算;接着在MATLAB中进行仿真来验证这一结论和技术的可行性。理论分析和仿真结果表明这些新技术在将来VSC-HVDC的工程应用中具有很大的应用潜力。This paper presents a novel lopology on prccharge and step-wave modulation for VSC-HVDC application. Firstly, a traditional precharge process of MMC was modeled in MATLAB, its drawbacks were summarized and a novel topology was proposed based on submodules charged synchronously; Secondly, concerning the drawbacks of traditional PWM modulation technologies, i.e., SVPWM and SHPWM, an improved staircase waveform modulation control technology based on energy equivalent principle. The proposed modulation technology makes the individual semiconductors have much lower switching frequency, resulting in lower switching losses and the whole process is completely independent of AC syslem frequency, which can be calculated off-line. The technologies and conclusions are validated by simulations in MATIAB. The theory analysis and simulation results indicate that these new technologies have great potentiality in the application of VSC-HVDC projects in future.
