摘 要:随着光伏和风能发电系统迅速发展,纯正弦波逆变电源的需求量不断增加,传统逆变器采用工频变压器及模拟控制,导致系统体积大、转换效率低、设计复杂、可靠性差;针对这些缺陷,本文研制数字控制的具有高频链环节的400VA逆变电源,给出了系统设计框图及软件主要设计流程图,此电源具有过流、过载和过欠压等监控电路。试验结果表明,该逆变电源输出电压质量好、体积小、可靠性高和THD值小,适用于对输出波形质量要求较高的场合。Demands for sine inverters increase significantly with development of photovohaic generate electricity. Traditional inverters exhibit various disadvantages, e.g. a bulk volume, low efficiency, complexity of design, and poor reliability. A 400VA sine inverter with a high-frequency link has been designed to overcome those shortcomings and there are system design, software design and supervisory circuits for over-current, over and under voltage protection and so on. Experimental results show that the inverter has a stable output voltage with high reliability, litter volume, high reliability and small THD. It is very suitable for high quality output voltage occasions.
