摘 要:系统介绍了在滚动振动试验台上所进行的 1∶ 1实物模型高速轮轨粘着机理试验情况 ,试验包括干净表面、水润滑和油润滑三种轮轨表面状态在不同轴重、不同速度工况下的粘着试验。试验不仅得到了完整的粘着力(粘着系数 )与蠕滑率的关系 ,同时得到了粘着系数与运行速度的关系。最后 ,通过拟合轮轨接触函数型摩擦系数并进行计算 。In this paper, a full scale experiment of high speed wheel/rail adhesion, which has been done on testing roller rig, is introduced. The adhesion experiment has been done under different axle load and different speed, and under three kinds of wheel/rail conditions, i.e.dry surface, surface lubricated by water and oil. By the experiment, not only the relation between adhesion force (adhesion coefficient) and creepage has been obtained, but also the relation between adhesion coefficient and speed has been obtained as well. By using functioning friction coefficient, the wheel/rail functioning friction coefficient has been determined and the adhesion characteristic has been calculated. The calculated results are good agreeable with test results.
