摘 要:利用Pro/E、MATLAB、ADAMS、ANSYS、NSOFT软件构造协同仿真环境,对掘进机进行多体动力学与运动学仿真,计算出截割头所承受的载荷;由ANSYS提供模态中性文件,利用Durability模块得出掘进机回转台的应力分布情况,编辑生成用于疲劳计算的时间历程载荷文件,对回转台进行疲劳寿命分析;利用ADAMS的Hydraulic液压模块对回转台液压系统进行溢流压力校核,分析阻尼力对液压系统的影响,并得出压力流量变化曲线,为掘进机截割部回转台的可靠性设计提供依据。Multi-body dynamic simulation of the roadheader is carried out based on the co-simulation environment combined by Pro/E, MATLAB, ADAMS, ANSYS and NSOFT. From the simulation obtain all the loads of the cutting head. Modal neutral files of the rotary table components is provided by ANSYS, combining with Durability module in ADAMS, obtain its stress pattern which is edited to generate the time course load file for fatigue calculation, fatigue life analysis are launched afterwards based on the FEA loads file, and fatigue life of the rotary tables is obtained from the analysis. Hydraulic system of rotary tables are analyzed to check overflow pressure and influence to hydraulic system with damping force generated, from analysis get pressure-flow curves. All of these provided an important basis for designing rotary tables reliably.
