摘　　要：农业科普期刊必须正视现实,不断寻求新的发展对策,充分发挥其在社会主义新农村建设中的重要作用:以基于农民需求的"内容为王"打造农业科普期刊的品牌个性;以适应农民兴味的期刊语言创新构建农业科普期刊特色;从农村的现实条件与新媒介环境的要求出发,宣传推广农业科普期刊,广拓发行渠道;强化其公共文化产品性质,争取政策和资金扶植;以"农"字为中心,不断提高编辑的素质和策划能力,将塑造新型农民作为长远目标。Agricultural popular science periodicals must face the reality and seek new developmental strategies, so they can play an important role in the rural construction of the new socialism. They should build personality brand based on ＂content is the king＂ of the demands of farmers. They should use the journal language which is adapted to the farmers＇ interest to innovative construct characteristics. They should promote themselves and broaden the distribution channels because of the reality of the rural conditions and the new media environment requirements. They should strengthen the quality of public cultural product and strive for policy and fund construction. Furthermore, they should regard ＂agriculture＂ as the .center, improve editors＇ quality as well as planning capability, and consider modeling the new-style farmers as the long goal.
