摘 要:作为建筑垃圾废物流的核心组分,废弃混凝土的资源利用呈现显著的外部性特征。定量分析废弃混凝土处理系统的环境影响,是废弃混凝土管理决策的关键。根据对西宁市废弃混凝土处理的调查,构建了三种情形的废弃混凝土处理系统;应用生命周期评价方法,对系统的环境影响进行了量化分析;并采用基于社会支付意愿原理确定的权重因子,用货币价值表示系统的环境影响分值。结果表明:传统情形下,废弃混凝土处理系统的环境影响最大;一般情形和理想情形下,提高系统中再生骨料利用的比重,有助于降低系统的环境影响;在一定运距内,废弃混凝土现场再生处理对系统环境影响的降低不如"再生中心"集中处理有效。Concrete waste is a core component of the construction and demolition waste streams,and its reclamation and recovery show a great extent of externalities.Therefore,a quantitative assessment of the environmental impact of concrete waste treatment systems is a key issue in aiding decision making for concrete waste management.Based on an investigation of concrete waste treatment options in Xining,several possible systems termed the traditional,the general and the ideal scenarios are presented.Then a life cycle assessment method is used to measure the environmental impact of concrete waste treatment system.The environmental impact score is expressed in monetary value by means of the weighting factors based on the principle of social willingness to pay.The results indicate that the environmental impact of the traditional concrete waste treatment system is the biggest among these three scenarios;and the impact of treatment system will decrease with the increase of recycling aggregate rate of concrete waste in the general and the ideal scenarios;and the relief of environmental impact resulting from waste recycling on site is no better than from waste recycling integrated off site under a certain distances
