摘 要:通过资料调研,油田油水井注水、酸化作业中的铁离子的二次沉淀所造成的地层伤害是一个潜在的问题。酸液本身带入地层的铁离子、酸液溶蚀管壁铁锈和地层中含铁矿物所产生的铁离子会因为pH值的升高而产生氢氧化铁沉淀。沉淀一经形成,就可能堵塞地层孔隙及油气渗流通道,进而降低酸化处理效果及油气产能。采用有机酸及金属盐与其它助剂复配,通过实验确定各组分最佳浓度配比,研制出一种铁离子稳定剂PY-33;依照行业标准《酸化用铁离子稳定剂性能评价方法 SY/T 6571-2003》对研制出的铁离子稳定剂的稳铁能力和高温老化后的稳铁能力以及配伍性进行评价。室内试验结果表明,该剂能有效地控制注入水酸化作业中的铁沉淀。By the research, oil field wells to water injection,acidizing in the second precipitation of the iron ions caused the formation damage is a potential problem. In this paper, we complex by the compound of organic acids and through experiments in each group will be the best concentration ratio, the last, developed an iron ion stabilizer PY - 33; we are in accordance with industry - standard "method SY/T -6571 - 2002 "to evaluate iron capacity of developed the iron ion stabilizer stable iron capacity an high - temperature aging sta- bility and compatibility evaluation. The laboratory test "esults show that the agent can effectively control the precipita- tion of iron in the injected water acidizing.
