摘 要:针对某硫化矿床铁帽中含锌、铁氧化矿石,采用常规选矿、常规碱性浸出、机械活化浸出以及深度还原-磁选等方法,考察了相关因素对锌、铁回收的影响。研究结果表明,常规选矿、常规碱性浸出与机械活化浸出均不能使锌、铁有效富集,而深度还原-磁选可以使锌、铁有效分离,实现锌、铁综合回收。Aimed at the oxide ore with zinc and iron from gossan of sulfide deposits,the conventional methods such as mineral separations,alkaline leaching and mechanical activation leaching,and deep reduction-magnetic separation were used to analyze the factors on influence of zinc and iron,such as dressing method,grinding fineness,magnetic intensity,agent dosage,agent concentration,liquid-solid ratio,leaching time,leaching temperature,leaching mode,roasting time and roasting temperature.The results show that zinc and iron were not enriched with the conventional methods.However,zinc and iron were separated and realized the recovering of zinc and iron by deep reduction-magnetic separation.
