摘　　要：根据国内外建筑物设计使用年限的规定 ,阐述明文规定我国港工建筑物设计使用年限的必要性 。Based of the stipulations on the design working life of port structures both at home and abroad, the author expounds herein the necessity to stipulate in explicit terms the design working life of port structures in China and makes some detailed recommendations.
