三贝地甲煎治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟方三贝地甲煎治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:对32例多囊卵巢综合征患者进行治疗,3个月为1疗程,对治疗前后患者月经情况、妊娠情况、卵巢及卵泡、生殖激素水平、胰岛素抵抗等进行观察,分析临床疗效。结果:通过治疗前后观察比较,初步认为应用三贝地甲煎从"实"论治多囊卵巢综合征,对改善月经情况、促进卵泡发育及妊娠等都有一定疗效。结论:中医从"实"论治多囊卵巢综合征有明确疗效,值得临床推广并进一步探讨。Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of Sanbei Dijia Decoctionn treating PCOSMethods ：32 patients who suffered from PCOS were treated with this formula for three months, then the menstruation, pregnant situation, ovary, follicle, reproductive hormones,insulin resistance situation and so on were observed, and the clinic effects were analyzed. Results：After compared the result before and after treatment,it is preliminary proposed that this formula has certain effect on improving the menstruation, the development of follicle and pregnancy. Conclusion：There is an obvious effect on treating PCOS based on excess, itg worthy of clinical promotion and further discussion.
