桂林西瓜霜对Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂VEGF蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨桂林西瓜霜及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对宫颈糜烂VEGF蛋白表达的影响。方法:157例Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂患者,随机分为:治疗组用桂林西瓜霜喷敷、对照组用bFGF-胶原蛋白海绵贴敷。应用VEGF免疫组化SP法染色对照观察两组宫颈糜烂组织在治疗前、后VEGF蛋白的表达。结果:治疗前宫颈糜烂组织VEGF蛋白表达,两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组表达均显著增加,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桂林西瓜霜对宫颈糜烂上皮组织VEGF蛋白表达有增强作用。提示其对血管生成,创面修复关系密彻。Objective ： To investigate the effect of Guilin Watermelon Frost and bFGF on VEGF expression of cervical ectropio. Methods ：160 patients with cervical ectropio Ill were divided into 2 groups randomly ,the treatment group used Guilin Watermelon Frost and the control group used bFGF - Collagen sponge. The method of VEGF immunohistochemistry was used to find the differ ence expression of VEGF between two groups before and after treatment. Results ： Before the treatment, the VEGF expressions in two groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）, after the treatment, the VEGF expressions were both increased, the treatment group is much higher than the control gorup（P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Guilin Watermelon Frost can enhance the VEGF expression of cervical ectropio. It is indicated that Guilin Watermelon Frost is closely associated with angiogenesis and wound healing.
