平脉定悸复方治疗快速心律失常40例

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟中药平脉定悸方治疗快速型心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将88例快速心律失常的患者随机分为复方平脉定悸组(A组)40例;稳心颗粒组(B组)20例;β受体阻滞剂组(C组)28例;观察治疗前后临床症状和心律失常改善情况。结果:治疗前后心电图观察对比:A组总有效率为95.0%(40例),B组总有效率为75.0%(20例),C组总有效率为85.7%(28例)。临床症状疗效评价40例患者中痊愈21例,显效12例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率95.0%。A组与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组与C组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后临床症状改善情况:A组与B组比较、与C组比较均P<0.01,差异有统计学意义;B组与C组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:平脉定悸复方用治疗快速心律失常明显优于其它组疗效,尤其对窦速、房早、室早、阵发性房颤的效果较好。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of selfmade Pingmai Dingji compound on rapid ventricular arrhythmia. Methods：88 patients with rapid ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into the Compound Pingmai Dinji group （A group 40 cases） ,the Wenxin Granule group（ B group 20 cases） ,the blocker group （C group 28 cases）. The improvements of clinical symptoms and ventricular arrhythmia before and after treatment were observed. Results ： By observing and comparing the EKGs before and after treatment ：the total effective rate of A group was 95.0% （40cases） ,the total effective rate of B group was 75.0% （20cases） ,the total effective rate of C group was 85.7% （28cases）. Therapy evaluation of clinical symptoms ：21 cases recovery, 12 cases excellent efficacy ,5 cases efficacy,2 cases failed, total effective rate was 95.0%. The differences between A group and C group were significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the differences between A group and B group were significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the difference be- tween A group and B group was not significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The improvement of clinical symptoms after treatment： there were significant differences among A group, B group and C group（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;there was no significant difference between B group and C group（P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The effect of Pingmai Dingji compound treating rapid ventricular arrhythmia is more obvious and better than other groups,especially the effect on the sinus tachycardia,APC ,PVC and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
