糖尿病肾病的中西医护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病肾病患者的中西医护理经验。方法:对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在此基础上综合运用情志护理、饮食护理、中药灌肠、运动护理等多种方法对早期糖尿病肾病患者进行护理。结果:观察组31例糖尿病肾病患者经中西医结合护理干预后,其FBD、BUN、UA、Cr等各项指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),尿蛋白与尿糖转阴转阴率为100%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),所有患者均好转出院。结论中西医护理是针对糖尿病肾病行之有效的护理方式,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To discuss Chinese integrative medicine nursing experience on diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods： The control group was given conventional nursing measures, the observation group based on the comprehensive used modern nursing, diet nursing, Chinese medicine enema and sports nursing methods for the early diabetic nephropathy patients care. Results ： 31 patients in the observation group with diabetic nephropathy treated by combine traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention,the GLU, BUN, UA, Cr and all targets were significantly better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , reducing rates of urinary albumin and urinary glucose were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion：Chinese integrative medicine nursing is an effective method for diabetic nephropathy patients, worthy of clinical application.
