摘  要:目的:研究银翘柴桂颗粒对流感病毒FM1感染小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:用甲1型流感病毒FM1鼠肺适应株感染小鼠,建立小鼠流感病毒性肺炎的生物模型,用不同浓度银翘柴桂颗粒溶液治疗后,用ELISA方法检测小鼠血清中IFN-γ及细胞因子IL-2、IL-6含量;中性红比色法测定腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。结果:银翘柴桂颗粒各剂量组均能明显上调小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力(P<0.01),而中高剂量组能够提高IFN-γ、IL-2活性,同时抑制IL-6的活性(P<0.05)。结论:银翘柴桂颗粒可通过调节机体的免疫功能发挥抗病毒作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of YinqiaoChaigui granules on immunological function in NIH mice infected by inflenza virus FM1. Methods: The murine pneumonia model was established induced by influenza virus strain A/FM/1/47 ( H1 N1 ), treated with different dose of YinqiaoChaigui granules. The bioactivities of interferon - γ ( IFN -γ) , interleuking - 2 ( IL -2) and inerleuking -6 in the murine serum were measured by ELISA. The phagocytic function of murinal celiac macrophage was detected by Neutral Red Colorimetry. Results : Different dose group of YinqiaoChaigui granules upregulated the phagocyte a- bility of murinal celiac maerophage. Medium and high dose group of YinqiaoChaigui granules up - regulated bioaetivity of IFN - yand IL - 2, down - regulated the bioactivity of IL - 6. Conclusion : YinqiaoChaigui granules has antiviral effects by regulating the immunological function.
