艾滋病皮肤瘙痒症发病机制探析

摘　　要：艾滋病皮肤病患者中,最常见、最易反复发作的症状之一是皮肤瘙痒。患者皮肤常发生剧烈的瘙痒、泛发皮疹。中医根据其症候特点结合临床救治经验认为该病多与风、湿、寒、热、毒、瘀六种邪气侵袭有关。西医认为艾滋病患者出现皮肤瘙痒的原因多种多样,病理生理学尚不明确可能与HIV/AIDS皮肤瘙痒、HAART疗法所致皮肤瘙痒、CD4+计数水平较低等因素有关。正确认识其发病的病因病机,对诊断和治疗艾滋病将会有重大意义。Pruritus is one of the most common symptoms of AIDS patients. Patients often develop severe itching skin cashes. According to the characteristics symptoms of TCM and clinical medical experience ,the rash of AIDS is connected with the windpathogen, damp evil, cold evil, heat evil, toxin, blood stasis. Western medicine thinks itchy skin of AIDS patients have a variety of reasons, pathophysiology is not clear. It is connected with that HIV/AIDS may be caused by skin urticant, HAART treatment, CD4 count level lower. Understanding correctly the onset of the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of AIDS there will be of great significance.
