摘　　要：细胞角蛋白与肿瘤关系的研究已被广泛关注。但是目前角蛋白18在人类肝细胞癌表达的研究尚少,应用于中医药防治肿瘤的研究亦属罕见。归纳总结了近5年来,细胞角蛋白18(cytokeratin18,CK18,KRT18)在人肝细胞癌中的表达以及其对肝癌细胞恶性增殖的作用及意义。并对其中存在的问题及今后的研究前景进行了思考与展望。Cell keratin and tumor research of the relationship has been widespreadly concened. But now keratin 18 in human hepatocellular carcinoma expression is less, application in Chinese medicine control tumor research is also rare. This paper summarizes in the recent 5 years, the cell keratin 18 （cytokeratinl 8, CK18 KRT18）function in the expression of hepatocellular carcinoma of liver cells and the malign hyperplasia role and significance. And the existing problems and future prospects of research has been prospected.
