摘 要:旅游博客的迅速发展对游客体验产生了重要影响,对旅游博客功能进行定位具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。基于游客体验的旅游博客功能结构模型,采用内容分析法和调查研究法,分析了旅游博客功能。结果显示:1)旅游博客是旅游者的重要信息源,并为其带来旅游虚拟体验;2)旅游博客的主观类信息在游客体验中发挥重要作用;3)旅游博客具有记录、分享和延伸游客体验并提升博主个人价值的功能;4)旅游博客为旅游者提供了不同广度和深度的旅游体验交流平台。最后,进行了一定程度的讨论,并对后续研究进行了展望。With the rapid development of the travel Blog, it plays an important role in tourists' experience. This article, based on the theoretical analysis,according to "The Travel Blog Function Structure Model Based on Tourist Experience Stage", collected first-hand data with the methods of questionnaires, interviews and content analysis, analyzed data with Excel, ROST Content Mining software, researched what is the travel Blog's function on different stages of travel experience. The results show that, firstly, the travel Blog is an important tourism information source, and "pre-travel experience" is brought to the visitors by browsing the travel Biog. Secondly, travel Blog can affect the actual travel experience, especially its subjective information. Thirdly, travel Blog can record, share and extend travel experience. Then, travel Blog can provide tourists with communication platform. In the end, some limitations and future work about this study were discussed.
