摘  要:对异戊二烯水合制备甲基异丙基(甲)酮反应进行了热力学分析,计算出不同温度下反应的化学平衡常数及温度、压力、原料配比对异戊二烯平衡转化率X的影响。讨论了不同水烯比对绝热温升的影响,提出了适宜的水烯比。结果表明,反应的温度应该在550K以下,增加压力有利于提高反应的平衡转化率,较佳的水、异戊二烯摩尔比为6。Thermodynamic analysis of methyl isopropyl ketone hydrated by isoprene was discussed.The effect of chemical equilibrium constant,temperature,pressure,raw material ratios on equilibrium conversion X of isopropyl under different temperature was calculated.The influence of different ratio between water and isoprene on adiabatic temperature rise was discussed,and the appropriate molar ratio between water and isoprene was put forward.The results showed that reaction temperature should under 550 K,increasing pressure could improve equilibrium conversion of reaction,and the optimum molar ratio between water and isoprene was 6.
