摘　　要：矿井开拓方案的系统评价是方案决策的基础。根据系统评价的方法和原理,论述了建立矿井开拓方案系统评价指标体系应遵循的原则和方法,分析了选择层次分析法作为方案系统评价方法的原因,利用IDEFO方法分析矿井开拓方案系统评价活动的信息流,为解决矿井开拓方案的系统评价问题提供了有效途径。Evaluation on mine development project is the base of project decision.This paper discussed principles and methods which should be used in setting up evaluation index system of mine development project on the basis of system evaluation method and theory.The reason of selecting AHP as evaluation method was analyzed.IDEFO method was applied to analyzing information flow of evaluating mine development project.This provided an effective approach for evaluating mine development project.
