摘 要:在延迟焦化实验室装置上,考察了减压渣油掺炼煤焦油的焦化性能。结果表明,在500℃下反应4 h,掺炼30%(占混合原料的质量分数)煤焦油的混合原料其总液体收率较仅以减压渣油为原料时提高5.53个百分点,柴油、蜡油馏分收率分别提高2.31,2.58个百分点,同时焦化汽油及柴油的硫、氮含量降低。热重分析表明,减压渣油和煤焦油的共热解存在一定的协同作用,掺炼煤焦油能够促进渣油的热裂解。Delayed coking process of vacuum resi- due and coal tar was investigated in a delayed coking experimental installation. The results showed that under the condition of prolysis temperature 500 ℃ and time 4 h,the total liquid yield of vacuum residue blended with 30% (the mass fraction in mixed feedstock) coal tar increased by 5.53 percent points compared with that of 100% VR, and the yield of diesel oil and wax oil distillate increased by 2.31 and 2.58 percent points. The content of sulfurand nitrogen in coking gasoline and diesel decreased. The results of thermogravimetric analysis showed that there was a synergistic effect in the copyrolysis process of vacuum residue and coal tar, and the pyrolysis of the vacuum residue could be promoted by blending with coal tar.
