酸性助剂对含吡啶直馏蜡油催化裂化反应性能的影响

摘  要:在固定床微型反应装置上考察了甲醇、乙酸、溴代正丁烷、M等酸性助剂对含吡啶直馏蜡油催化裂化反应性能的影响,并在不同活性催化剂条件下考察了添加小分子醇类对反应的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为480℃,剂油质量比为3.3,原料油质量空速为8 h-1的条件下,酸性助剂能够缓解高含氮蜡油对催化剂的毒化作用,提高转化率和目的产物的选择性;甲醇可提高转化率和反应指数(RCT),小分子醇均具有类似的性能,其中甲醇的抗氮能力最明显;中等活性的催化剂与酸性助剂复配更有利于提高反应的选择性。The influence as acetic acid, methanol, n of acidic additives, such -butyl bromide and ad- ditive M on the catalytic cracking behavior of vacuum gas oil(VGO) containing pyridine was investigated in a fixedbed micro - reactor, and the influence of alcohols was also investigated in the presence of catalysts with different activity. The results showed that the acidic additives could alleviate the posioning of pyridine on the solid acid catalyst, and increase the conversion of VGO and the selectivity ofthe purpose products under the conditions of 480 ℃, mass ratio of catalyst to oil 3.3 and weight space velocity 8 h-1. Methanol could increase the conversion and reaction index (RCT) , and had the most singificant nitrogen resistance. Alcohols had the similar performance to methanol. Compounding the catalyst with moderate activity and the acidic additive could improve the selectivity of cracking reaction.
