摘 要:针对中国石化上海石化公司2#裂解汽油加氢装置二段催化剂快速失活的问题,对原料及失活催化剂性质进行了分析。结果表明,二段加氢原料中硅质量浓度高达80 mg/L,与新鲜催化剂相比,失活催化剂二氧化硅质量分数高出13.95个百分点。通过对上游工艺过程的排查,找到了这部分硅的来源。裂解原料加氢尾油在处理过程中引入含硅消泡剂以减少泡沫,裂解后分离时这部分硅进入裂解汽油中,在二段加氢反应时,硅沉积在催化剂上,堵塞催化剂孔道,致使催化剂比表面积降低,损失率达53.78%,丧失了对烯烃及硫的吸附能力。In accordance with the rapid deactivation of second - stage catalyst in 2# pyrolysis gaso- line hydrogenation unit of Shanghai Petrochemical Company, SINOPEC,the properties of feedstock and deactivated catalyst were analysed. The results showed that the mass concentration of silicon in the feedstock of second - stage hydrogenation reached up to 80 rag/L, and the mass fraction of silicon in deactivated catalyst was 13.95 percent points higher than that in fresh catalyst. By thoroughly investigating the upper stream processes, the silica source was found out. The de-foamer containing silicon was added to decrease the foam in the treatment of hydrocracking tail oil. Silicon went into pyrolysis gasoline when the pyrolysis products were seperated, and then deposited on the catalyst in the process of secondstage hydrogena- ting, stopping up the hole of catalyst and decreasing the specific surface area by 53.78% , and the catalyst lost its ability to absorb olefin and sulfur.
