摘 要:以阳离子表面活性剂YC和非离子表面活性剂YN为絮凝剂,采用酸化硫酸铝中和法处理原位晶化制备NaY分子筛工艺中产生的含硅洗涤废水,考察了废水硅浓度,终点pH值,成胶温度和絮凝剂用量对滤液处理效果的影响。结果表明,在室温下,废水硅浓度为20 g/L,终点pH值为7.0,絮凝剂YC,YN用量分别为10×10-65,0×10-6的优化条件下,滤液硅浓度为0.42 g/L,透光率为97.1%。The silicatecontaining waste water in the process of insitu crystallization for NaY molec- ular sieve was treated by acidified aluminum sulfate neutralization method with cationic surfactant YC and nonionic surfactant YN as flocculant. The influencing factors, such as the silica concentration in waste water,final pH value, gelling temperature and flocculant dosage were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions were:room tem-perature, the silica Concentration in waste water 20 g/L, final pH value 7.0, and the dosage of YC and YN 10 ×10 -6 and 50 × 10 -4 respectively. Under these conditions, the silica concentration in filtrate was decreased to 0.42 g/L and the light transmittance was increased to 97.1%.
