摘 要:自传研究是指教师作为研究者对自身经历的研究,属于"教师的叙事研究"。一名高校教师在自己的科研生活渐入困境时进行了科研生活自传研究,旨在正确认识自我,辨识今后的科研之路,探寻后续科研的突破点。通过自传研究,该教师认识到:科研具有自我挽救的意义和提升专业素质的功效;为解决实际问题而进行的科研使他不断进步;为评职称而科研的功利性动机与"游击战"式的科研定势使他自陷困境;为解决问题而研究是他今后的科研价值选择,系统的科研规划是他科研新生的突破点。Autobiographical study,a study on the writer's own life experience,is a kind of narrative inquiry.A college teacher,frustrated by the difficulty he confronted in doing research,began to conduct an autobiographical study of his own academic life,in the hope of gaining a clear understanding of himself and better academic achievements.Through the autobiographical study,the teacher found that he was making constant progress when doing research to solve practical problems,but rather perplexed and unsuccessful when doing research simply for getting promotion.He realized that doing research could help build up his expertise in a specialized field and is actually a kind of self-rescue for him.He also came to the conclusion that doing problem-oriented research should be his top priority in the future,and systematic career planning would bring about a breakthrough in his academic life.
