摘　　要：针对目前铁路货车制动缸缸体在使用中,现有材料的使用寿命短,对铁路行车安全带来隐患;受中国南车集团眉山车辆厂的委托,山东鲍德公司成功开发出优质碳素钢+不锈钢的热轧不锈钢复合板,产品在经过一年多的试运行后检测,未发现故障,制动缸性能良好,使用寿命和安全性比原来的碳钢要大大增加,满足铁路货车运行要求,具有很好的推广应用价值。At present, the brake cylinder material of railway trucks is shortlite, which leads to potential salety tlazard tor tram operation. Suffering CSR Meishan Rolling Stock Co. , Ltd to entrust, Shandong Baode has successfully developed the hot-rolled stainless steel clad plate comprised of high-quality carbon steel and stainless steel. After one year＇s test practice, no fault is found and the brake cylinder＇s performance is good. This material＇s life and safety are greatly increased than the original carbon steel, can meet the opera tion requirements of railway trucks, and has good values for applications.
