摘  要:通过对土壤样品中三聚氰胺提取方法及其色谱条件的优化,建立了高效液相色谱检测土壤中三聚氰胺残留的方法。实验采用SPHERI-5RP-18色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),柱温和进样量分别为30℃和10μL。结果表明:选择波长240nm,流速1.0mL/min,乙腈/庚烷磺酸钠和柠檬酸缓冲液(15/85,V/V)为流动相,氨水甲醇溶液(5/95,V/V)为提取试剂,可以获得较好的检测效果。优化条件下,三聚氰胺在0.5~30μg/mL范围线性良好,平均加标回收率为82.6%~90.7%,变异系数为0.76%~2.78%。方法灵敏、准确、样品处理简单,适用于土壤中三聚氰胺的检测。A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was developed for determination of melamine residues in soil by optimizing the chromatographic conditions and extraction technique.The sample was extracted by ammonia-methanol(5/95,by volume),and separated by a SPHERI-5 RP-18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm) column using acetonitrile-buffer of heptane sulfonate and citrate(15/85,by volume) as a mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at column temperature of 30 ℃.The UV detection wavelength was set at 240 nm.A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.5~30 μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9999.The average spiked recoveries of melamine was 82.6%~90.7%,and the coefficient of variation was 0.76%~2.78%.The results indicated that the method was simple,sensitive and accurate,and could be applied in the determination of melamine in soil.
