摘 要:某厂锅炉桩筏基础的工后检测表明,群桩基础由嵌岩桩和非嵌岩桩组成,两者存在较大的刚度差异。计算分析表明,部分嵌岩桩的桩顶荷载超过其本身的承载力。因此,通过在桩顶设置砂垫层降低该部分嵌岩桩的刚度,同时在处理桩周围进行补桩,从而达到降低基桩刚度和减小差异沉降的目的。本文提出了考虑砂垫层存在条件下,基桩刚度和桩筏基础的近似计算方法,并对该厂锅炉桩筏基础进行了实例分析,可为类似工程的设计和处理提供有益的参考。Through after constructer inspecting pile raft foundation the boiler plant, it is indicated that grouped piles foundation is composed of socketed pile and non socketed pile, both exist in biggish rigidity differential. Through calculation and analysis, it is indicated that pile tip load exceed bearing capacity of party socketed pile. Thus, through setting sand cushion in pile tip to reduce strength of the socketed pile, mend pile around disposal pile, there by achieve aim to reduce pile foundation rigidity and minish differential settlement. It is bring forward that approximately calculation method of pile foundation rigidity and pile raft foundation, under the condition of consider sand cushion existence, make instance analysis for pile raft foundation the boiler plant, it can supply similar engineering design and treatment with benefit reference.
