摘　　要：秘书地位的特殊性和职责的重要性,秘书人员必须加强哲学修养,牢固树立辩证唯物主义世界观,不断改进思想方法和工作方法,不断改造主观世界,高质量高水平地履职尽责。Because of the particularity of secretary＇s position and the importance of duties, secretary must strengthen philosophy attainments and foster the world outlook of dialectic materialism, improvewaysofthinkingandsubjectiveworld, and fulfill one＇strust.
