白芍总苷对寻常性银屑病患者血清瘦素及IL-18水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察白芍总苷(TGP)对寻常性银屑病患者血清瘦素及白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法分别采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)和双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测70例寻常型患者经白芍总苷治疗前、后血清瘦素及IL-18水平变化。结果银屑病患者治疗前血清瘦素及IL-18水平均高于治疗后及正常对照组(P<0.05);经白芍总苷治疗后二者血清水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05)。结论白芍总苷可能通过影响血清瘦素和IL-18的水平而发挥作用。Objective To observe the influence of total glucosides of paeony（TGP） on the serum leptin and lnterleukin-18（IL-18） levels in the patients with psoriasis vulgaris,and to discuss its functional mechanism.Methods The serum leptin and interleukin-18 levels before and after treatment with TGP in 70 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were detected by RIA and ELISA respectively.Results The serum leptin and interleukin-18 levels before treatment in the patients with psoriasis vulgaris were significantly higher than those after treatment and in the control group（P0.05）.Compared with before treatment,their serum levels after TGP treatment were also significantly reduced（P0.05）.Conclusion TGP may play the therapeutic role through inhibiting the secretion of serum leptin and interleukin-18.
