腹腔镜下完全腹膜外疝修补术117例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下完全腹膜外疝修补术（TEP）在腹股沟疝治疗中的应用价值。方法收集我科2009年8月-2011年7月采用腹腔镜下完全腹膜外疝修补术治疗的117例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料,进行统计分析。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间30-180min,术中出血10-50ml,术后阴囊及皮下气肿5例,腹股沟区皮下积液1例,手术后住院2-7天,随访3-10月,无复发。结论 TEP手术安全、治疗效果确切、可靠,并发症少,是一种理想的手术方式。Objective To explore the value of laparoscopic totally extraperitioneal prosthesis（TEP）. Methods 117 patients with inguinal hernia accepted TEP from Aug 2009 to Jul 2011. The data was retrospectively analysed. Results The OP- eration time varied 30-150 minutes,and blood loss was 10-50ml. Postoperative complications included 5 cases of scrotal emphysema and pneumoderma, and 1 case of accumulative liquid of subcutaneous.The patient discharged from hospital 2 to 7 days after operation. There was no recurrence in 3-10 months of follow-up. Conclusion The TEP is safe ,reliable, and less complications.And it may be an ideal surgical treatment.
