2型糖尿病患者超敏C反应蛋白及凝血指标水平变化的临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测2型糖尿病患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)水平,探讨其临床价值。方法分别采用i-chroma免疫荧光分析技术和血凝检测仪检测2型糖尿病组和对照组血浆中的hs-CRP及PT、APTT、FIB、TT水平。结果与对照组相比,2型糖尿病组的hs-CRP及PT、APTT、FIB、TT水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者hs-CRP及PT、APTT、FIB、TT水平联合测定有助于临床对2型糖尿病疗效的观察。Objective To study the clinical value of determination of plasma high-sensitivity c-reactive protein （hs-CRP）, prothrombin time（PT）, activated partialthromboplastin time（APTT）, fibrinogen（FIB） and thrombin time （TT） levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Plasma hs-CRP,PT,APTT,FIB and TT levels were respectively measured by eleetro-chemi-luminescence immunoassay assay and coagulation instrument in 122 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 120 controls, Results The plasma levels of hs-CRP, PT, APTT, FIB and TT in DM2 patients were significantly higher than those in controls（P〈0.05）. Conclusion combined detections of plasma hs-CRP,PT, APTT,FIB and TT levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can help to predict treatment effect.
