摘  要:目的探讨血浆(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖检测对真菌感染诊断及治疗的临床意义。方法应用MB-80微生物动态快速检测系统及GKT-5MSet动态真菌检测试剂盒定量检测95例真菌培养阳性的真菌感染患者和100例临床及微生物学检查均排除真菌感染的住院患者及健康者血浆中(1-3)-β-D-葡聚糖的含量,并进行统计学分析。结果 95例真菌培养阳性且结合临床诊断确定为真菌感染患者血浆(1-3)-β-D-葡聚糖定量检测有90例阳性,阳性率为94.74%,血浆(1-3)-β-D-葡聚糖含量为(62.28±22.84)pg/mL,阴性对照组为(3.79±1.96)pg/mL。两组数据经t检验,差异具有统计学意义(t=25.4,P<0.05)。结论血浆(1-3)-β-D-葡聚糖检测方法简便、快速、阳性率高,可为真菌感染疾病的早期诊断和疗效判断提供一定的参考依据。Objective To study the clinical significance of plasma (1-3)-beta-D glucan in diagnosis and monitor the therapeutic effect of fungal infection. Methods The concentrations of (1-3)-β-D glucan in plasma samples of fun- gal infection group and health control group were quantitatively detected by Microbiology Kinetic Rapid Reader MB- 80 and kinetic mycetes detection kit GKT-SM set. The results were statistically analyzed. Results Through plasma (1-3)-beta-D glucan quantitative measuring, there were 90 positiveness among 95 mycosis infection patients insured by positive fungal culture and clinical diagnosis. The positive rate was 94.74% ,mean content of plasma (1-3)-beta-D glucan of this group was (62.28 ± 22.84) pg/mL. The negtive control group was ( 3.79 ± 1, 96 ) pg/mL. By t-test, there was significant difference between infection group and control group (t = 25.4, P〈0.05). Conclusion The method of plasma (1-3)-beta-D glucan test is convenience, rapid and high positiveness,it would provide valuable basis in earlv diagnosis and theraneutic effect of funsal infection diseases.
