摘　　要：主要介绍Z4系列直流电机电枢线圈的加工,并制作了一系列专用工装对电枢线圈的拉制成型进行控制,使电枢线圈的直线度、绝缘度等质量要求得到了很好的保障。The Z4 Series DC motor armature winding process was introduced. A specialized tool set up to control the forming and drawing of the armature coil was made up, which guaranteed such quality problems of the armature as the coil straightness, insulation requirement and so on.
