摘　　要：简要介绍了在Z4系列低噪声、低振动直流电机制造过程中,对关键零部件的加工制造所采用的工装和工艺保障,从而获得合格零部件,以保证直流电机整机装配质量。The Z4 series low noise low vibration DC motor manufacturing process was described briefly. The tool set up and workmanship adopted to process the key parts was introduced, providing the qualified parts and en- suring the whole assembly quality of DC motor.
