摘 要:目的:建立新安鼻渊颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法鉴别新安鼻渊颗粒中败酱、白芷、黄芪、鱼腥草;高效液相色谱法测定木兰脂素的含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;木兰脂素在0.108~1.080 mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.54%,RSD=1.12%。结论:此法可用于新安鼻渊方颗粒的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Xin'an Biyuan granules. METHODS Herba Patroniz, Radix Angelicae Dohuricae, Radix Astragali and Herba Houttuyniae in Xin'an Biyuan granules were identified by TLC. The content of magnolin was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The spots on TLC plate were clear, It was proved that the method used in the test was feasible through negative contrast experiments. Magnolin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.108- 1. 080 mg·mL^-1 , r = 0. 999 9, the average recovery was 99. 54%, and RSD = 1.12%. CONCLUSION This method can be used for controlling the quality of Xin'an Biyuan granules.
